Mike, a lifelong Arizona native, was born and raised in the Valley of the Sun and has witnessed firsthand the incredible growth and transformation of the state over the past six decades. Growing up in the cattle industry before urban expansion reshaped the landscape, Mike learned the value of hard work, integrity, and taking care of people. Those principles carried with him through more than 35 years in customer-facing roles, including contract and public security, where professionalism, trust, and service were non-negotiable. Today, Mike brings that same mindset to MavMedia—creating a professional environment where clients are treated like family and service always comes first.

Cody’s real estate journey began early and from the ground up—literally. At just 14 years old, he was working on residential construction sites, handling everything from electrical work and dirt prep to eventually serving as a superintendent for a nationwide home builder. Managing projects from start to finish gave him a deep understanding of how homes are built and what it takes to get things done right. He later transitioned into real estate photography and sign post installation, gaining hands-on experience in the marketing and field operations side of the industry. In 2018, Cody earned his real estate license and began helping clients buy and sell homes.

Through every role, one issue kept surfacing: listing a home was far more complicated than it needed to be. Multiple vendors, missed details, damaged signs, inconsistent branding—it all added unnecessary stress and wasted time for agents. Cody saw the problem clearly, and together with his father, set out to fix it.
